These Terms & Conditions govern the use of the website bearflagmz.media (hereinafter the 'Site'), operated by Bearflagmz S.r.l. By accessing the Site the user fully accepts these conditions.

The Site is intended exclusively for informational and educational purposes regarding real estate crowdlending, the residential sector and properties in Italy. Published content does not constitute a public offering of financial products nor financial, tax or legal advice pursuant to Italian Legislative Decree no. 58/1998 (TUF).

5. Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by Italian law. Any dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Court of Milan, except for the mandatory consumer jurisdiction under Italian Legislative Decree no. 206/2005 (Consumer Code).
