The Data Controller is Bearflagmz S.r.l., with registered office at Via Filippo Turati 12, 20121 Milan (MI), Italy, VAT no. IT12876549032. For any requests regarding the processing of your data you may write to info@bearflagmz.media or, via certified email, to bearflagmz@pec.it.
2. Data we collect
We collect the data you voluntarily provide by filling in the newsletter subscription form: name and email address. We also collect technical browsing data (anonymized IP address, browser type, pages visited) through analytics cookies, subject to your consent.
3. Purposes of processing
Data is processed for the following purposes: (a) sending of the informational newsletter regarding the content of the website; (b) anonymous statistical traffic analysis via Google Consent Mode v2; (c) compliance with legal obligations.
4. Legal basis
Processing is based on your explicit consent (art. 6, par. 1, lett. a of EU Regulation 2016/679 - GDPR), given at the moment of newsletter subscription and cookie acceptance.
5. Data retention
Newsletter-related data is kept until consent is withdrawn. Anonymized browsing data is kept for a maximum of 14 months, in line with the guidelines of the Italian Data Protection Authority dated 10 June 2021.
6. Data subject rights
You have the right to access your data, request its rectification, deletion, restriction of processing, object to processing and data portability. You may withdraw your consent at any time and lodge a complaint with the Italian Data Protection Authority (www.garanteprivacy.it).
7. Transfers outside the EU
Any transfers of data outside the European Economic Area (e.g. via Google Analytics) take place only on the basis of the Standard Contractual Clauses approved by the European Commission.
